So I'm sure other twin mama's would agree, one thing that kills me is that people always so "oh I've got 2 kids that are (insert number here) months apart, it's like having twins" ummm no, no its not, when you have two that are going thru the exact same thing at the exact same time that's having twins. Having 2 teething babies or when they get sick (thankfully mine really haven't been sick) that is having twins. yes I'm sure it's hard with a toddler and a newborn but 2 newborns is so different..... Just sayin....

right I don't even have twins and I understand that...that's two babies with the same needs at the same time a toddler can venture off an play while a newborn/infant is 24/7...I couldn't imagine doing it with two

exactly @supermom1104 like I'm not bashing other mommas but like you said a toddler can tell you or better express to you what's wrong or whatever they need. newborns it's a guessing game lol do they want to swing? tummy time? still hungry? lol its hard trying to figure out what they want especially times 2. again not bashing mommys with newborns n toddlers but that is a whole different ballgame than 2 newborns. I love it don't get me wrong but like I said it's a whole different game that can't be compared

I understand both sides. I don't have twins (and give twin parents tons of credit) but I had my second when my first was 14 months old. Then my third when my second was 13 months old. And now I'm pregnant with my fourth. My youngest will be almost 13 months when the fourth comes. Toddlers can't always tell you what's wrong and sometimes need more attention/help than a newborn.

exactly @ashleyjayne216 see I mean I totally get having a toddler and newborn are hard, my brothers youngest 2 are 12 months apart, my brothers are 17 months apart and when they can tell you what's wrong that's different but when they're both fussy and can't use words to express what's wrong it's definitely hard. I'm not discrediting any mom by no means
