I had that and googled it and it's normal. Combination of oil/skin cells and dried colostrum.

@tylersbaby30, I read that you should get a very warm wash cloth, hold on them for a few minutes then rub and that should clean it off if you want, just be gentle.

and if your nipples are dry and sore try a niple cream or even coconut oil works
