The cramping comes and goes, but not at regular intervals, I have an hour left at work, I'll keep an eye on them and see what happens. I noticed the cramping about half an hour ago and it's coming in waves but I know there's a sickness bug going aroun at the the minute that causes pain like that. God knows what to do, I don't want to call to waste their time and I suppose I don't want to believe that this could possibly be it! At only just 27 weeks!!! @nashkay x

Hun, I would explain the situation to your boss and go in straight away! Especially if the cramping gets regular! You need to get monitored straight away! x

They take any signs if premature labour seriously hun! If you are worried and explain to them what is happening. They'll most deffo tell you to come in! x

@beccastirlingx, What @winterbaby95 says. They take that stuff seriously and it's always best to get it checked out. It may not be what you think it is, BUT if it is you really need to be in hospital so hey can make a decision on what to do next x

I'm a carer and work on my own back, I walk a while between services, but I'm 5 mins away from home after here. I'm just so worried. Cramping seems to have stopped now that I'm relaxed but I have no idea on what to do! @nashkay @winterbaby95 x

I would go in to get monitored and checked over just incase hun. It could've just been Braxton Hicks. But really think you should get checked. Especially because of the discharge and you thought you lost your mucus plug. Although the mucus plug can regenerate if it doesn't have blood in it x x x

It never had blood! That's why I'm not going and seeking help, cramps seem to have really calmed, I have a midwife appointment in 10 days, so thinking about giving her a call tomorrow just for some reassurance but if that was Braxton hicks that was the first time and I panicked 😂 all seems fine just now! But I think it's because I've been told I'm at risk of premature labour that I'm looking at everything too deeply! @winterbaby95 xxx

You could just be stretching too, the ligaments etc :) You may find you are slighter bigger tomorrow. Do whatever you feel comfortable with hun. But if it starts up again I would just go in and get checked :) Just stay calm and relaxed. Drink plenty of water :) I've heard dehydration or not drinking enough can bring on Braxton Hicks. Yes, deffo give your midwife a call tomorrow :) Let us know what she says and everything x x x
