I just typed in his name and marriage license on google. it's always public record so you call the county clerks office and ask.
Obviously if you want to be super sure you could have a Privite Investigator run a background for you. I don't think they d charge much just to do that.
Look around online. Its a public records search not a criminal background.
@ellie2, I've asked him, & he denied it. .....oh no, she's so immature, we've been together 7, going on 8 yrs, 5 bby on the way, and frm the day she found out he had a gf (me) she did her bbymma duties and stalked my life, and still til this day!
I think that's something you can find out on a background check.

@ellie2, I've been with my bf for 7 yrs & Nvr once did he mention anything, his bbymma hates me so she posted some thing abt it, but she would say anything to start some bs. so now I need to find out, cus if so, he's out the door. .
I think he was afraid to just tell me that he was still married because I wouldn't have continued to talk to him but we got a house together and I became pregnant so it's shitty he lied but I'm glad I put it together and caught him before it went on much longer
I actually found out my boyfriend was still married when he told me he was already divorced by asking his ex straight up because I knew they don't get along and I figured she would tell me. he got caught big time and definitely almost lost me but his divorce will be finalized very soon this month
I believe you can go online and type in the names. like I typed in my ex and his wife's name and it came up and showed the date they filed a marriage license. don't know if it will show a divorce date. you can also call the county clerks office, that's how I found out he was still married. needless to say we didn't last long after I found out
they can give you that information over the phone, and if he is married you can see if divorce papers were ever filed and who hadn't signed them yet. my ex tried to say she didn't sign them but when I called it was him that wasn't signing them and holding up the process.
