🚨My Birth Story 🚨 On Tuesday Jan 12th I had my Ob apt for dialation my doctor checked my cervix & i was only 2 cm & 75% effaced doctor put in the system for induction on the 25th incase baby didn't come on my due date January 17th.. On Wensday morning i was loosing my mucus plug i was feeling sharp pains down my pelvis area I felt the baby's head pushing down the contractions were 6-8 min apart they were soo bad i didn't sleep all night soo what I decided to do is clean the entire house but that made it worse so then I told hubby to take me to the hospital in the morning because i was in soo much pain and as I got to the hospital around 9 am the lady from L & D monitored my baby and she saw that i was having non stop contractions 4-5 min apart so the doctor decided to ingress me in L&D because everytime i were to have a contraction the babys heart rate would drop low.... 3 hours later the doctor checked me and said i was 5 cm dialated & 80% effaced and that she could see the water sac soo they prepared my room were i would deliver my baby and around 1pm i told the nurse i couldn't take the pain no more that I wanted the epidural & let me sayy that crap hurt once they inserted it in but let me tell you it took ALL the pain away & around 3pm doctor came in again i was 8 cm dialated so she decided to break my water... around 6 pm hubby and mom arrived to the hospital and 2 hours later i was 9 1/2 cm dialated and so doctor decided it was time to push my mom was holding 1 leg & hubby the other ... the nurse put a big mirror for me to see the baby coming out... the doctor told me to take a deap breath and push for preperation after those 3 pushes it got reall everyone including hubby was telling me to push PUSH PUSH PUSH & at the 7th push my baby boy arrived at 8:24 pm weighing at 6 lbs & 4.3 ounces... The doctor was surprised how easy my labor was no tears in my v-j-j and my pushes were soo good that a good portion of the baby would come out... Hubby never saw such a thing he saw the baby coming out my v-j-j, placenta and as soon as the doctor got the babys body out hubby started crying he hugged me and kissed me said " You did a great job melissa thank you soo much for the baby I always wanted I love you & luisito 👪 My labor will be something unforgettable and I thank God, my nurses and doctor, my mom and hubby for the strength & courage they gave me the entire time
