yes you are allowed to have local anesthesia but some dentists may refuse you without a doctor note saying it's OK because of high blood pressure and things like that

@motherof6joys, well if I don't have anything like that and I know for sure is it OK to say that I'm not pregnant? I just been in a ton of pain lately and I need it to be done I can't even sleep some nights

Yes, I got mine pulled and didn't tell them I was pregnant but the only thing is being careful with the xrays. it can damage the baby
