Would Tylenol ease my pain? Or at this point is the back pain and stuff beyond the point of helping? What's everyone's experience? I try to avoid taking Tylenol as much as I can but I'm hurting so bad tonight.

It'll help, but not completely. take some and then lay on your side with a pillow or 2 between your knees and thighs. that helps me at night. and if you have a body pillow, you won't move lol

it's the only thing my doc says I can take and it helps some. you could also try Tiger Balm or Badger Balms or any other herbal pain relieving cream. they help some. Epsom salt baths help a lot too.

You can try a rice bag too. They actually help a lot.
