it can be if it goes unchecked. just make sure that day you eat sensibly, or fast if you have an earlymorning appointment. my first time I ate a salad before hand about 1 to 2 hours and the second time can't remember. this time i fasted.

I had it with my first and my doctor just made me change my eating habits and she told me it was managable and not to worry. but my son was a big baby, he was 9 pounds.
