When I was naming my 3rd boy we were going to call him William after his great grandfather. But my husbands sister was like well I'm going to call him Bill. She said she didn't care if we said no. So 20 minutes before I had him I changed his name to Aaden William Joseph instead. @blessedw7
I understand. My son is four months old and people want to call him Ben, and his name isn't even Benjamin it's Bentley. It's short enough. 😡 If I wanted his name shortened to Ben I would've named him that! So yeah, I agree with you 100%
