Heat. Put a heating pad a hand warmer bag of rice,... Put it in your bra for 5-10 mins then message repeat. It helps like the hot shower then nurse or pump as much as possible drink lots & lots of water

@amirxalyak, yeah after the heat. U have to take it out or it can become an infection! Do U have a pump?? Go in the bathroom and turn the sink on till the water is hot and drench a tiny towel and put it on Ur Breast Until the hardness is gone and then pump right away or get the baby to drink it out
