wow. I totally didn't want to know what my nether regions looked like. Lol I was lucky to be stabbed with epidural, but kind of wish I didn't because the chronic back pain is annoying. :( but, I don't regret it. I however, don't know if I could have handled contractions at full strength. props to the ladies who were able to!

I had a natural birth at a birthing center at the Woodlands. best choice ever. it hurt like nothing I had ever experienced but it was worth it. natural birth was the best choice for my little one. I barely made it to my birthing center. by the time I got there is was 9 cm! I did most of my laboring at home. lol I dealt with the contractions pretty well until the last 2 centimeters. the ring of fire is no joke.

i could had lived without seeing this i refused lol i didnt take any pain meds honestly the contractions were the worst part and when he crowned the ring of fire is real

omg thats how it looked???!!! 😮😮😮😦😦😦 looks more painful then it feels.
