No no no no. The entire ItWorks line is unsafe. Even if they say it's safe, it's not. And itworks is for losing weight. You shouldn't be trying to lose weight while pregnant.
They fall under supplements with the FDA which means the ingredients are not regulated. Anything meant to control weight gain or cause weight loss is generally considered unsafe for pregnancy. Best to always let your docter assess the safety of products before using them. And research every ingredient.

The lady above me in the company said "We doubt they are safe while pregnant but since we have no proof that they aren't, we can make money off pregnant women as well." Even ask your doctor. I wouldnt risk the well-being of my baby just to look better temporarily and the products are crap. They don't work. The whole line is a lie.
I've used every single product and own more than half of them. I've never seen a result, I just have to say I have for marketing. Complete waste of money.
