I have been out of work on LOA since I was about 9weeks along, as I was having complications. I agreed to help my mom by babysitting her foster child (17mo) a couple days a week for some extra money to help my husband with the bills. Fast Forward to 23 weeks, and she is completely taking advantage of the situation. I have babysat for her for a total of 45 hours this week.....and she only pays me 100$. The money isn't the problem though...the problem is that I had to be seen at L&D on Wednesday for severe cramping. The doctor didn't really have any answers as to what is causing them, and told me to wait to see my OB (next week). I wish my mom would hear me when I try to tell her that I think it's too much. I have my own home and family to care for too...I am just venting, sorry for all the complaining. Worried about my baby girl.
