my poor baby got aich bad gas and constipation on similac advance, even with mylicon drops. i switched her to enfamil gentlease and gripe water now, and she is doing so much better and sleeps longer through the night.

Yes they were it took about a week for her to adjust to the change. my daughter also spit up a lot when we first changed her over.
