The only time they'd do a c-sec is if it's necessary to do so, just make it aware to your doctor that you want to deliver vaginally

Well my RE said it will be hard for me to even find a doctor that will agree to try

if u live in san antonio i have a great dr. I'm sure he would strive to give you what you want :). i didnt have twins but he allowed me to birth how i wanted even though i was high risk with my daughter
