my body has changed forever, where there used to be soft skin there's stretch marks and scars, i have wider hips, i will never fully lose the stomach my baby gave me, i hope i can still see that same look in his eyes when he sees me and looks as if nothing could ever be more beautiful. as if he prefers all my motherly imperfections to my younger body. but im afraid....not of him seeing me as ugly or disgusting, but that in my mind i will always wonder how can still think i am beautiful when i am so scarred

He will never look at you the same. You are now and will forever be the Mother of his child. He will look at you with a love that he never had before. His eyes will see your body in a new light, with a new sense of respect that it didn't have before. Every change that happens to your body is beautiful and one to be embraced.
