I got pregnant with my son the day I turned 15. I turned 16 when he was 3 months old. Now i'm 16, pregnant with my 2nd son. 💙

I'm trying to see the good side of it, I know it's hard as hell... because you will no longer live things you must do at your age and all the struggle is not joke . But I tell you for sure you will learn a lot from this. to take things slower and how to face anything by your own . lil mama and all this effort your doing will be worth when you hold in your arms your new reason to live. I hope you have family and friends close . just remember everyday how Brave you are , and that Lil one deserves anything from you. other girls wouldn't decide to keep their already existing baby alive, but you were brave, mature, and strong to decide to take responsibility for what you do. that's respect worthy. seek God.. pray a lot. go to a christian church because there is many things you need to learn and want your baby to learn to. God will give you what you need if you let him take control. I wish you the best. ❤

And like the person above me said, you'll probably have a closer bond being closer in age. I like to think of it this way: I'll only be 38 when my girl graduates high school! That's pretty awesome.

So many women on here are single. The older you get certainly doesn't mean you're automatically secure in a relationship. Single moms are incredible and they're strong. I was raised by a single mom and now she's my best friend. You'll be surprised how strong you figure out you really are. Don't worry about how young you are. Like someone said before, I've seen people older than you that really make me wonder how they're going to raise a human being. Find your support system and stick with it but don't get discouraged for not having a man around. You'll find the one you're supposed to be with eventually. In the meantime, it's you and that baby. Enjoy it :) yes life is going to have to change and maybe you won't want it to, but it's all worth it. I think the most important thing to remember is that it's not about you anymore. It's about that baby. I'm not 15 but I was 19 when I found out and I was still doing the college partying thing. Some people don't let having a baby change that way of life, but recognizing you need to get out of that is so important. Just some advice :) you're gonna do great girl!

@astridoll, yeah i heard that its probably the best to have kids at a young age but then i didnt think so because most teens like me will be a single parent and i dont know how i will take it. ive been stressing my whole pregnancy about being a single mother.

As long as you have a good head on your shoulders and are ready for the responsibility of putting another person first.. Trust me I know 30-40 year olds that can't/won't take care of their kids. Age doesn't matter. Comes down to maturity and smart mindset.

wow. well, I wish my mom is a lot younger .. our relationship would be different and better. I'm 22 and she is now 61. I guess is not that bad to have kids being too young tho
