I was thinking the same thing. The club we belong to has a heated salt water pool, but it's outdoor and I'm afraid I'll be cold...might give it a try anyway though! Anything to help this hip pain!
You totally can! I'm 32 weeks and my dr just recommended I try it because my hips are so sore and my sciatica is killer! I just need to find a suit I can fit into! lol 😂
