any one know what they mean by saying I may need more equipment in the labour room?

that's exactly what he said but no way am I allowing them to use foreseps. I've heard so much about them I'd rather go for a c section of that's the case I've already given vagina birth with no help at all even thoe that was 5 years ago @winterbaby95

Hmmm, what were there reasons for assisted delivery? If you've given birth fine vaginally before...then not sure...unless the baby is a bit big? Seems odd. Maybe get a second opinion etc. Xx

I think it's down to my bmi I'm thinking just incase baby gets stuck in canal but not sure @winterbaby95 I mean what else will they bring it up for

I've got a high BMI...they never mentioned assisted delivery to me. But I was sent for a growth scan as I was measuring big....my midwife said big babies can get stuck so may need a csection x x

Assisted delivery equipment , a hot cot and incubator may be in the room also ... Just as a precaution x
