Question: What are good finger foods that I can feed my 10 month old? He is refusing to take baby…

Gerber has these things called little bites I think, they are small enough to be considered finger foods, and very soft. Fruits and veggies

Little graduate and cereals also goldfish

he eats the puffs and now i am trying the lil crunchies by gerber. Can i give him fresh fruit and vegetables cut up small

I give my daughter peas, and soft veggies cut up...she loves strawberries, pears, bananas, grapes, and any fruit cut into bite size pieces and are soft. she also eats peanut butter toast, pancakes for breakfast...cheese and crackers...cheerios and any gerber puffs and the Gerber yogurt melts. ...she loves feeding herself so I let her try whatever we are eating...she is about to turn 10 months and recently tried chicken nuggets (not the fast food) and she loves them lol. just everything cut small enough so she can swallow whole without issues. this is just a few things she lives and hope it helps.

I also let my daughter try feeding with the spoon herself with my help by giving her the spoon with food on it.
