oh okay. I understand. My MIL wanted to be there but for that same reason I said no. I only wanted my husband there.

I felt like that when I was about to have my son but it didn't work out that way. I had my son's dad and his mom, my doctor and like 10 nursing students. they had me on sooo many different meds that all I could think about was eating and sleeping. I couldn't even concentrate on actually giving birth because I was so dopped up and I couldn't feel anything

I said the same thing but literally anything could happen...when I delivered my blood pressure was so high I could have had a seizure(completely normal pregnancy until the day I went into labor)so I was rushed to have a c section and at that moment I wanted my bf and mom! But I get the wanting to bond!!

well I have a midwife @rose016 so I'm not worried lol. and I'm a bitch lol so nobody will be in the room period

my midwife couldn't make it, I had to get an emergency induction because my blood pressure was to high to let me go home. l went in for a checkup because it was past my due date and came out with a baby. they only good thing was that my midwife let me get something to eat before sending me to labor and delivery

I feel ya! I just want my hubbie in there with me.. His aunt is a doula and has assisted with a lot of deliveries. He really wants her there... I'm still on the fence about it lol... But I'm thinking it might be helpful.

I want my fiance and my mom and my best friend in the room. I need my mom to talk to me, my best friend to make me laugh and my fiance just to tell me I'm pretty and I'm doing a good job. Cause I'm going all natural no drugs at all. My mom said that the calmer you are and if you focus on breathing it's easier delivery so I need all 3 of them in order for that to happen. I will have plenty of bonding time with my daughter cause I'll be feeding her and taking care of her while my fiance works. I don't wanna be alone at all. I would end up panicking. I have bad panic attacks and anxiety so I definitely don't need to be alone. Lol @tlokitabella91

@nique1990, I guess I just don't need ppl there no matter what .I've always been strong by myself no matter the circumstance
