Embarrassing but Is it normal being a ftm at 21 weeks to sneeze and tinkle a teensy like not enough to soak my panties but a couple drops lol? I've never experienced that before and it freaked me out haha my doctor had me answer some questions back at my 12 week checkup about coughing and peeing by accident and I checked no to all of them because I had never had that happen and now I'm like wtf?? 😂😰😶

yes it is normal. look up what kegels are and get to it! lo l

haha a okay thank you!! I've heard of kegels and try to remember to do them. but pregnancy brain has me slippin lol
