Doctor confirmed I'm pregnant and I met my OB😊. I have an ultrasound for the 25th and my first OB appointment on 02/03. I'm so excited and in love with my baby! I have so many questions for her lol. My tooth has been infected for months and I haven't taken care of it. I wonder if I'll still be able to get this pulled while pregnant. Anyone have dental work done while early in your pregnancy? I know they'll have to give me numbing and pain medication. I don't know if that's safe for Baby K. I don't mind being in pain for awhile so long as my little one is healthy but then I don't want the infection to hurt Baby K somehow either.. Ahhh... Mom problems lol:/

I had a root canal at 20 weeks pregnant but they weren't able to give me the numbing medicine they usually give other patients. They gave me a lower dose of pregnancy safe numbing

I had one of my wisdom teeth pulled a few weeks back. No anesthesia and baby was fine. They recommend you take care of it before the third trimester though. That's why I've only have the one.

I also had one of my wisdom teeth pulled and still need a root canal. My doctor and dentist would rather it be taken care of than risk infection spreading to the baby.

I had my wisdom tooth pulled in my 1st trimester I had numbing pain
