I was planning on working my entire pregnancy but my Director of nursing just announced that they will be turning my unit into the behavioral unit...which is another way to call it the phych ward without having to increase our pay. I don't have the time or the energy to fight and chase these folks all day so I feel a two week notice coming up

and on top of that stress can come with that and you dont need that either. im bout to put my 2 week notice in also i only work 3 days this coming up week. and off Monday, tuesday, wednesday, and thursday. its ridiculous i keep asking for more hours so i can get baby stuff but its just like they don't care
