I know every OB has their own opinion. I was told if I had more than 6 within 1 hr to go in. With my son I wasnt having pain I was feeling them when my stomach would get hard, I showered and my water broke lol
Mine said 5 min apart for an hour or more....mine r fluctuating so Ima see what happens in the next hour.... @mrs.walton26 I'm really just having a hard time catching my breath that's about it...

idk if this is one, or if you know, but they have a contraction timer app, helped me a lot!

I just typed in contraction timer and it was the first one to pop up.
