Someone reccommended papaya smoothies in the morning or just plain raw papaya and that did help some. My smoothie recipe is 1/2 cup paypaya - 1/4 mangoe - cranberry juice - ice and maybe spinach if you wanna get fancy.

Ask your doc about giving you zofran. It works absolute wonders for that. I swear by the stuff. I was sick the entire pregnancy up until the last like 8-10 weeks because of the zofran, it literally does not allow you to throw up, takes away the feeling of needing to throw up, and helps you to eat more because you're not always feeling sick.

@benitesmommytobe thanks..have u ever heard of the commercials say that zofran caused birth defects? sorry dnt mean to spook you but that's what I remember about that nausea medication given to expecting women..either way that's why I'm afraid of even taking anything for it😞

Oh yeah I saw them, but it's a different kind that they make now, and they just did a US on baby and she's totally healthy. My mom took it with me and my sis and neither of us had any defects. But you can always ask them about the pros and cons with it.

I don't take Zofran unless I'm dying because of the fear of heart defect and cleft palate. a rotation of ginger chews lemon water and laying down is what I do. :)

see if there's a midwife in your city that will do it. we have one about 3o minutes away and she charges 4000 but it covers literally everything. maybe look into your insurance coverage also?
