I've tried that but I feel like I'm going to miss something.

Baby clothes, diapers, receiving blankets, baby blanket, burp clothes, binkys, shower stuff for you, and clothes for you of course, lots of extra undies, books maybe if you read, DVDs to watch if they have a DVD player in your room, snacks...pretty much anything you would need if you were going away for a few days and of course if you plan on breastfeeding, a breast pump.

Burp cloths**

I packed travel size shampoo & body soap. Taking a shower after labor was the best feeling ever. I wouldn't take your cute underwear, they usually give you a pair of mesh ones, they're ugly but they're really comfortable. Most hospitals supply pads. I also packed pants that weren't too tight, & loose shirts. Take an extra blanket because hospitals can be cold sometimes.
