Idk what's going on. days 7 no period. cycle day 37 and no period. took another test and it was negative. got a cheap dollar test. I think I'm pregnant so I think I need a blood test done?

I'd wait and retest however doesn't hurt to call and ask your doctor for bloodwork. Worst they will say is no or maybe tell you to wait until certain date and if nothing to call back.
