Really bad pain on my left side.. I woke up in my back somewhat dizzy but then laid up and felt better.. I'm not sure if I have an upset stomach or what's going on.. tmi but my left side hurts sooooo much and every time I feel pain I end up passing really really bad gas. I keep getting up from the pain, it's so uncomfortable and hurts so much. I want to cry.. Anyone know what it can be? Upset stomach?? Or something worse that I don't even want to mention 😔😔 please answer guys!!

Could you be constipated? Gross I know, but might cause pain. If it's unbearable you should probably call your doc to be safe. Hope you feel better soon!

I'm not constipated. I actually don't need to use the bathroom but am passing really bad gas. It's scary. The pain comes and goes about every 3 mins but it's only on my left side. It's very very bad pain and every time the wave of pain comes I pass gas. Ugh I'm so worried @mrssarahbeth

I know the feeling. Sometimes I get that too, try getting all the gas out. I usually sit in the toilet for almost an hour taking out the gas ( i know its a long wait sitting ) but it's definitely worth it. I hope you feel better. If your really concern call your Dr.
