Yes. Some ultrasound techs can. I heard they have to be very experienced. Google panaroma test. They check blood and know as early as 9 weeks.

Might be to early for ultrasound if you have a good tech they could certainly take a guess at it but blood test is accurate & you get to know early

I found out what I was having at 5 months

My doctor guessed by looking at the US at 12 weeks and I got my blood test back 1 week later. He was correct.
