When I miscarried our angel I had light spotting one day my husband took me to the hospital was told baby was fine and the week after they couldn't find a heartbeat but I had no blood no cramps nothing my symptoms did go away a few days after I had the light spotting
@dieselsmom0117, try not to worry too much, I had hardly any symptoms my entire first trimester after the first couple weeks, here I am 22 weeks now with a healthy baby girl. If it would make you feel better you can always call and talk to your doctor and have them check your hormone levels and such though.

I wouldn't worry l...I know every woman is different, but with my first pregnancy I didn't have any symptoms food aversion of nothing...if it wasn't for me showing I wouldn't have believed I was pregnant. just try to relax!
Call your doctor... It is possible to miscarry and not bleed. I recently had a miscarriage and did not bleed, my symptoms vanished but I continued to have sore breast. I hope this is not your case and that you have a healthy pregnancy and baby.

I spotted when I miscarried, then it got heavier and heavier. You might want to get checked out

when i was first found out i was pregnant i had nausea sore breast discharge and cramps. everything went away besides sore breast
