If he is older than 6 months, I would give some ibuprofen. It helps with the swelling. You can rub it on his gums or give it orally.

Pop sickle help his gums and don't do orgel it makes them hard and harder to come in and also if you have any Vanilla extract rub it on his gums put it on your finger or wiskey
