Me to the lady at my doctors office: ok so where is the Duane reades so I can go get my prescription filled

Me: Duane reade the pharmacy
Her: I'm not sure what that is
Me: I haven't gotten sick in 5 years but it's where you go to get your prescription filled, it's a drug store
Her: looks it up* oh you mean a Walgreens
Me: I guess so if that's what it's called
Her: where are you from
Me: New York
Her: haha that explains it

True but dang learning experience . @babylovek516 and Duane reade is a pharmacy in New York I guess out here it's called Walgreens and I did not know that hence this is my first time being sick in 5 years @kimberlyyyy

lol ya i understand. i went to oregon and didnt know about fred Meyer's.... they looked at me like i was crazy. its like a store that has everythinnnggg. they called me a Californian haha
