Can you eat tuna casserole while pregnant? I have been craving it and I know your not supposed to eat fish while pregnant. I just don't know if it would be okay or not?

you are allowed to eat fish they just want you to be careful not to eat the type of fish with lots of mercury. in fact they encourage you to eat fish it helps with protein.

I do and my doctor says no more than 2-3 times a week. Might be different for others so be sure to check with your doctor on how much you can have. I don't really eat tuna that much anyways.

Well that's why I wasn't sure because I know tuna is one of the fish with the highest amount of mercury. I didn't know if I was aloud to eat it at all and I wanted my daughter to try it.
