Yes, a blood test is more effective than a home test as it picks up even the lowest levels of HCG. So if you've got a positive especially with the clear blue, your blood work will come back positive, clear blue have never failed me. They picked up both of my pregnancies a day after my period was due. Once your blood work is confirmed, your doctor will book you in for your dating scan, however most doctors won't book you in until your bloods have come back positive :) @melissa20544

Yes & you can never get a false positive, regardless. Time to book in and confirm your HCG levels with a blood test from your doctor. @melissa20544
