@strawberrydelight23, even tho I'm bleeding ??? I thought implantation bleeding was spotting not like a medium flow with cramps

I thought it was implantation bleeding because I started spotting on Jan 11th bit today the cramps are bad and the bleeding has increased enough for me to have to wear a tampon so that's y I believe its my period but I am confused because my charts shows I ovulated but it doesn't add up with my period starting today @strawberrydelight23

@strawberrydelight23, I take my temps everyday at 8:15am I got my positive opk at 2pm on December 30th

I think you might need a couple months of charting to see what your "normal" is and then base it off that. That's what I had to do.

this is my first time doing it I heard that when u ovulate it spikes right after but it does that on the 3rd so I'm not sure if I ovulated on the 31st or 2nd I just no that I got a positive opk on Dec 30th @kimberlyyyy

I want to say the 31st, but your temp didn't raise up the way it should have. I haven't looked at a bbt chart in over a year so I'm not sure. How long have you been charting for?
