Yeah I don't think this is my baby then but I'm not for sure .. its like a tightening almost like pressure ? lower abdomen

Everyone's different! I was told by many it would feel like butterflies and I didn't experience that! It felt like little muscle spasms/twitches in my lower abdomen that's baby movement too. Don't worry about not feeling it much, it'll get more powerful as you progress in pregnancy 😉. Everyone experiences things differently, don't panic!
