How many preggies are sent to pharmacies for shots? Or the lab for blood work? I never had to with my last pregnancy, jw if it's common to always be sent somewhere else other than your Dr's office 😟

either way the lab work that you get done like blood work, urine samples all goes down to the lab for testing it's just easier if you go to the lab for your tests because then there is no way it could be lost or misplaced..I work at the hospital and it's ridiculous on how much lab work gets lost and people have to come in again for the same thing
could be your insurance.. like mines makes them send it out to get tested ..my obgyn is at a hospital and aetna tells them they have to send it out
I got blood work done 3 separate times from the lab, and my ob says I have a perfectly healthy baby. maybe it's just procedure?
My Drs office does my shots but not the lab work, luckily the lab is in the same building though
