Maybe a onesie that says daddy's little princess or handsome like daddy (depending on baby being a boy or girl) with a picture of the ultrasound in a frame

And you can also bake him or order a cake with the color of the gender on the inside and let him think it's a normal birthday cake till he cuts it open :)
