Hi ladies,
So I'm new in the Milwaukee area and I'm 23weeks and alone. I moved here to attend school at UWM. All my family is in Africa and would like some advice on where I can get help, support and to also make some friends.

Hi @1130nnne, thanks for your comment. I am enrolled in the WIC program. I think what I am in need of the most is social and physical support

have you try going to social services they can help you with like food stamps and with wic, is that the kind of help your asking for? @imac and for advice for being a mommy we are here to listen to you, your not alone:)

Have you stopped by UWM's health center (on campus by the pavilion)? I may be mistaken, but I thought that they had a women's center...
