it's really depends on your doc if they wanna give you more when it comes close to push. mine wore off at 9cm and I asked if I could get more and they said no because you can't move your legs and its turn when ur on it everything feels numb
it worked for me, it doesn't take all the feeling away you still feel a lot of pressure when you get contractions & when you push its a lot of pressure also

I felt nothing when I got mine I went to sleep 30 mins after I got it and slept until I was at a 10 but when it was time to push you can feel pressure

Both attempts at the epi for my first didn't work, the only things I couldn't feel were my legs! I'm not even going to ask for one this time.
