no worries momma. it's fine to be scared. They'll give you a squirt bottle and some stuff to help you recover. Don't feel weird about putting frozen veggies/ice packs down there. It'll all work out and you'll heal wonderfully 😊

Hm, I'd say not. I mean it didn't feel that way to me at least. It hurt/was sore, but not in that way.
