So I woke up 3x during the night checking on my daughter and she has been known to roll over and sleep on her belly but normally her side or back but when I woke up she was on her stomach with her knees tucked up under her so I'd turn her over everytime so I finally just laid her with me. Is there a way to get her to stay on her side or back? I worry of her not being able to breathe well on her belly. She will be 11 months on the 25th.
@dashhaberdash lol it's whenever the baby starts rolling themselves over in both directions, from back to stomach & from stomach to back. whenever they do that, they're fine to sleep on their stomach, but its usually around 6 months. but you can also buy or make wedges to put on both sides of him and just put him on his side and he won't be able to roll either direction.
@lovemyson_610, i cant wait for 6 months then because my son hates sleeping on his back.
@hlbruce13x you're welcome. it totally freaked me out at first too lol but if you just don't want her sleeping on her stomach, then you can buy or make a wedge to put on both sides of her so she can't roll.
Good question. My son is only 2 months. He startles himself so much in his sleep while hes on his back so I try to prop him on his side with his boppy, but one time he moved the boppy over and landed on his back which made me afraid because theres a chance of him turning his face toward the boppy... So i dont even attempt to prop him on his side anymore.
if u wanna keep him on his back try stuffing him between something lol they have things made to keep them on their back it has two foam things on the side and you set him between them
