Hi everyone! my name is Arista, I'm 21. I lost my first son Judah, April 1st 2014, during pregnancy. my son Caleb was born June 21, 2015, at 36 weeks. he was born with 3 heart problems and had no blood or circulation to his legs, he was rushed to nicu. then I was brought up after being stitched and was told he was being flown to Philadelphia and put in children's hospital for open heart surgery...he was only hours old. I said my goodbyes and got to hold him for the first time. when I got discharged my fiance and I went to be with him. he was in the CICU. he did not get surgery. they kept him for a week. his heart was staying the same so we took a cpr class and we took him "home" (we lost our house so we don't live together right now)...his 2 problems (hlhs and pda) resolved thankfully, and now he just has coarctation of the aorta, which is healing! he's my miracle and my rainbow!

I breastfeed (nurse and pump), cloth diaper, CO sleep (without choice)
