As a stylist I would tell them. It can be hard to hear but I would rather try and fix it then have them go to someone else. Sometimes we don't get it right but I wouldn't want to lose a client. I would rather fix it! If you are nice about it she will be more then happy to fix it 😀

this is what I got, she didnt use foil on my hair, she only used it on the 6 little blond highlights underneath that you cant even see.....it was supposed to be dark brown...

Either way either see someone else at he salon or her. That way they most likely charge you. Try not to think bad of the entire salon. She could be new and still learning and there could be stylists way more experienced

But I guess the salon does matter...dos you go to a good salon? Sometimes the mall salons aren't the greatest. I work at a salon where we take hair very seriously and do a lot of training and are more then willing to own up to our mistakes 😊
