Read as much as you can, see if there are mom's of Multiples groups in your area as well, see if there is one on Facebook. I'm part of a local Multiples group and a single parent of Multiples Facebook page that's nationwide. Ask questions from your ob, no question is dumb and if you think something is off ask, it's easy to catch a problem before it's too late. try and take vitamins and try and eat healthy, not saying don't eat sweets but eat a good meal first then eat a box of cookies lol!
