for the past 2 days ..i cannot shower alone..lol idk if baby can feel my hot showers or my body over heats ( i turn the knob alll the way on hot) but this baby sure does move alot when im in there.. idk why they say ftm cant feel movement until 20 weeks.. hes almost 15 weeks and hes starting to alot more lol maybe the baby doesnt like my showers

Careful I've heard taking too hot showers isn't the best thing to do! Not sure if that's a myth or not

@lilfree16, seriously, what @allisongarrett said. Extremely hot water is *not* safe for pregnancy. It can cause birth defects and even miscarriage.

You can take a warm shower but just don't stay in long. You can become overheated quicker when pregnant

@sarahemccormick the water isnt hot hot lol.. just a little bit higher than warm .. as long as its not more than 100F i doubt my ghetto hot water grt hotter than that lol ihave sensitive skin.. but i keep my back turned to the water.. @sarahemccormick i usually use it for my lower back

@firstbaby_girl im usually freezing at 3 am lol so inturn it up all the way then turn it down.. my shower is funny =/ but istaybin for maybe 8 mins
