tylenol, heating pad, rest. laying whatever way takes pressure off. I eventually had to get my removed but most of the time they shrink on their own. hopefully yours will and not cause you pain for long! you may also want to try a warm bath.

I use to get them often. I would take Tylenol or ibuprofen to help with the pain and a heating pad also helped a lot.

I have a gyno appointment on the 26th and I'm going to request testing for pcos and other things because we want to start a family

it's not that bad. I'm really bloated and can barely do anything around the house without sharp pain. if it were too bad I'd be vomiting

How much pain are you in? I had one rupture a couple years ago and I couldn't hardly stand up. I ended up staying overnight in the hospital

they put me on pills to shrink them but I quit taking them... it went away on its own
