I personally don't think their is anything wrong with it... I mean yeah I wouldn't choose that cake. but I'm sure whoever did was not thinking about it in a mean disgusting cannibalistic way... they were probably like "awww a cake that looks like a baby!" and I'm all the time seeing the pregnant belly cakes that people go absolutely crazy for... but isn't it practically the same thing?
