they could be contractions. if all else fails call L&D and they can tell you exactly what you should do

go to hospital if it gets too intense and unbearable sounds like labor

heading to the hpspital wouldnt hurt anything. they can just tell you to head back home if everything is okay. at least you'll have some piece of mind. Or they could keep you there.

@february2016, @kristandley today around 4 am was in soo much pain had lower back pain and pelvis pain.. then around 11 am i lost my mucus plug.. but then I've been having soo much pressure on my pelvis it feels like the babys head ... I will time them and if it gets worse I'll head to the hospital

I know your pain. but mine comes and goes. it never stays except the pressure of course

@kristandley, i timed them ... should i call? or does that look normal

I'd call l&d just to be on the safe side.
